Natalie Marie Rodriguez is the courageous spirit and driving force behind The Natalie Strong Foundation. Diagnosed with ALL B-cell Leukemia at the age of 12, Natalie turned her personal battle into a mission to help others facing similar challenges. Her resilience, positivity, and determination have inspired countless families, friends, and supporters.
Natalie helps to lead the foundation with vision and compassion. She is dedicated to empowering children and families affected by leukemia, ensuring they receive the support, resources, and hope they need during their most difficult moments. Natalie’s own journey gives her a unique understanding of what families go through, fueling her passion to make a real difference in their lives.
Today, Natalie continues to inspire others to be #NatalieStrong, showing that with courage, kindness, and the support of a caring community, anything is possible.
About Oscar A. Rodriguez, M.B.A

Oscar Rodriguez is a devoted father, husband, and passionate advocate for children and families affected by leukemia. Inspired by his own daughter Natalie's battle, courage, and resilience, Oscar co-founded the Natalie Strong Foundation alongside his daughter Natalie to ensure that no child or parent faces this journey alone.
With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Oscar is a seasoned executive known for leading high-performing teams and driving organizational growth and structure. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for integrity, empathy, and a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact—both in business and the community. Oscar’s leadership, both at home and in his professional life, is driven by compassion, resilience, and strong faith.
About Jennifer Rodriguez
Secretary -The Natalie Strong Foundation
Jennifer Rodriguez is a dedicated educator and passionate advocate for children’s growth and development. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and holds a California teaching credential, certifying her as a traditional classroom instructor. In addition, Jennifer is Montessori certified, making her uniquely qualified to engage students through both conventional and innovative educational methods.
With extensive experience in the public school system, Jennifer has devoted her career to shaping young minds and developing engaging, challenging curricula that foster a love of learning. She is recognized for her expertise in curriculum development and her ability to create programs that inspire students to reach their full potential.
As the Secretary of the Natalie Strong Foundation, Jennifer brings her organizational skills, educational expertise, and heartfelt commitment to the team. She ensures smooth communication, maintains meticulous records, and helps guide the foundation’s programs to best serve families facing childhood leukemia.
Above all, Jennifer is a devoted mother whose compassion and dedication drive everything she does—at home, in the classroom, and through her work with the Natalie Strong Foundation.
About Daniel Martinez-Sarabia, M.A.
Treasurer - The Natalie Strong Foundation
Daniel Martinez-Sarabia is a dedicated rehabilitation counselor and proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve equitable opportunities. With a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Daniel brings a wealth of experience in vocational rehabilitation and accommodation services. His work focuses on advocating for inclusive practices and providing essential support to those navigating the challenges of disability.
As a board member of the Natalie Strong Foundation, Daniel leverages his professional expertise and personal commitment to guide the foundation's initiatives. His leadership ensures that the foundation's programs are accessible, impactful, and aligned with the needs of families affected by childhood leukemia. Daniel's unwavering dedication to service and advocacy plays a crucial role in advancing the foundation's mission to provide hope and support to those in need.

Benjamin Ironside Koppin is the Founder and CEO of Ironside Films, a dynamic film production company known for telling impactful stories through cinema. With extensive experience as a producer, director, and storyteller, Benjamin has dedicated his career to creating meaningful, thought-provoking content that connects with audiences around the world.
At Ironside Films, Benjamin oversees all aspects of film production—from concept development and creative direction to distribution and audience engagement. He is passionate about using film and media to inspire, inform, and make a difference in the lives of others.
As a Board Member of the Natalie Strong Foundation, Benjamin brings his creative vision, strategic insight, and media expertise to the team. He will play a key role in elevating the foundation’s mission by helping to develop compelling storytelling, awareness campaigns, and outreach initiatives. Kevin Kauk is a devoted public servant with a lifelong commitment to the safety and well-being of his community. As a Lieutenant with the Riverside Police Department, Kevin has dedicated his career to protecting others, leading teams with integrity, and building trust throughout the community he serves. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in fostering safer neighborhoods and supporting those in need.
In addition to his work in law enforcement, Kevin is an accomplished real estate investor. He uses his strategic insight and attention to detail to create opportunities for growth and stability, demonstrating his commitment to service both professionally and personally.
As a Board Member of the Natalie Strong Foundation, Kevin brings his leadership skills, community focus, and problem-solving mindset to help further the foundation’s mission. He will support outreach efforts, advise on safety protocols for events, and help connect the foundation with key community resources. Kevin’s devotion to family and faith is at the heart of all he does, guiding his service both at home and in his broader work.
